How Does Travis Jr Feel About JC?

We went back over our blog that we were supposes to do on the weekend. I forgot to do mine so I did mine in class and I think I got a good grade on it. He didn't grade it yet so I don't know for sure but when he does I hope he gives me a good grade because I need my grade to go up by 4 percentages and right now I don't have that. I didn't do the assignment because you I didn't check my Veracross and I didn't see anything in my email so I didn't think I had anything to do. We didn't do anything else in class today because of a whole lot of people had to finish what they did which means that I wasn't the only one trying to find my stuff or have lost my stuff.

What is interesting to me is that there are way more white people then black people. That interests me because of I never knew that there was a ratio that wide about race. There are more males then females  in America. Because of that more work gets done.  The highest age population in America is 24-25. The reason why our population is rising and dropping so quickly is because we have such a variety of young and old people. Young people reproduce so then there is another person in the world unless there is abortion.  Average age for woman in the world are 35 . This is important because the age of a human determines how much longer there going to live and that will affect the population too. The school life expectancy is 17 years. Its like that because they expect people to go to college but some people don't even make it pass high school or they nust don't go to college. Today we went over settlements and population again. We talked about what pushes people out of states or countries and what pulls people in to state or country. Some people might get kicked out the country because they are not able to find a job in the one there in. Or it could be because pof religious purposes such as a lot of high paid jobs don't let Muslims get an employment. What pulls people in is that there is freedom of speech in America so people would want to come to America to speak what they may and do what they want. Or it could be that there country doesn't treat everyone the same way due to what religion they are and in America everyone is treated the same no matter what. You are not going to go to jail or be beast to death for being a certain religion that no one else is. today we talked about settlements and population again. We also talked about the life expectancy of boys and girls. Girls live longer then boys. They live longer because boys are more reckless then girls. Also boys join the air force and army and they might die while there in a war. Also Every time a girls think something is wrong with her she goes to the doctor to figure out what is wrong with her. Boys just try to deal wit it like nothing happened. Then out of nowhere they have an infection that can't be fixed so now it sort of to late to figure out a solution. Also girls are smarter then boys so that's why they think ahead before they do things so realize the consequences of the action there about to proceed. Population goes up high in India because of the small land and food  supply they have. The population in America is in the middle of India and Europe so it has a medium amount of population.

today we talked about population and settlements in America and through out the world. Like America there is a large amount of population but it also goes down every 10 seconds because of death. Also every 12 seconds a new baby is born. The world is a confusing place that fills us with happiness and sorrow. Places like India have kids way more then America. Less people live in India because there is deceases and viruses running all over the place. A lot of people live in china because they have money and a lot of beautiful scenes. Well that's at least what I sawn on the internet. we wrote a few notes in our note books but not as much as usual so we will probably write mn=more notes tomorrow or the next time I have him. There was this Chinese kid in our class and he knew a lot about  =Chinas history and why in some places china cant have more then one kid. I learned a lot from him and the information that was on the board.

On Friday we took a test on thinking geographically. I thought the test was going to be hard but instead it was easy because I studied for it and I'm pretty sure I got an A on the test. I also had a shadow with me so after I was done with the test I showed him around the school and he thought the school and all it has to bring him. He seemed like he like all the sports but his main two sports was basketball and football. He like basketball more than football because I asked him witch one does he like more he said basketball, but he didn't tell me why though.Then I showed him the arts wing and he said that all of the paintings looked good to him and that he would maybe want to take that class if he comes to the school. Then there was about 10 minutes left in class and I took him back to the class with me while everyone else was finishing up there test.

Today we worked on maps and where things are on the maps. I think that some of those map questions are going to bne on the test. Such as what time zones are there in a state or country. There Was a lot of shadows in our class that went to different schools. I knew some of the questions but I didn't get like 3 of them. We have a test on Friday and im sure that ill do good on it because I have a good notes on the book. I wrote a lot of notes in my notebook so I know ill be ready for it. Some people had conversations on the side about time zones and how to determine the time zones. I don't have any of my friends near me so I can focus easier on my work. I know I haven't done one of my blogs so im going to have to make up for that on this test. I get the time zones very well but I don't really know the ones where it ask if its 9:34 in Belair what time is it in Florida. So im going to have to study that tonight and make sure I know it from top to bottom.

today in class we went over notes that we made last week about a test were going to have take on Friday. We talked about it the whole class period and I think it helped me on what I'm going to have to on the test. The best part is that I paid more attention then usual so I think that this test  shouldn't be that hard for me unless I rush and not recheck my answers before I turn it in. We talked about so many rules on how religions do thins and what there laws are. I wrote notes in my note book while he was talking so I'm able to get my grade up during the test. The previous test we had I got a good grade on it and it gave me more backroad knowledge on history. I think I'm going to get a good grade on the test.

Today we reviewed questions for the test that were going to have next week Friday. We also worked on notes that we were supposed to finish last week. We worked on places that have the word "Saint" in it . Such as St louis, St Francis, etc. We talked about Europeans and how they stole from America a long time ago. They just discovered America and America didn't know how to create weapons yet so they thought that they would have an advantage on them so they went to America to steal all o there fruits and supplies. Europeans didn't ever see the kind of fruits that America had. Like tomatoes and bananas and pomegranates. We talked about what is on every map and will never change or move places. The prime meridian is one of the those places and so is the equator. Also longitude and latitude is one of those because that's how we locate places with gps and on maps and globes. The test is going to be on the things that we did in class and a little more from last week.

Today we wrote more notes on region culture. Culture is body of customary beliefs, material traits. and social forms that together constitute the distinct tradition  of a group of people. Religion is so we have a reason to believe in god or its to find other ways to believe in god. Everyone has s different opinion on god and what he does for us. Most people think god is a good man but also people think hez not. Culture is what people care about. Such as water or different materials that there culture needs to survive or how they live. There are many different cultures and religions there atre so many because everyone has different beliefs. Some religions pray some religions don't. You can even have a culture at you school because its also the way you do things so at your school your culture could be that you wear uniforms everyday of the week. Today we worked on our maps and we wrote notes about maps. We were talking about how the accents of different states sound and some people ere making funny accents. We were talking about Chicago's accent and I'm from the south side of Chicago and they talk exactly like that. In fact my whole family is from Chicago so I have a little accent but people sometimes make fun of it because they don't know what I'm saying. Speaking of Chicago I think its the moist dangerous city in the USA so that's why my parents and me moved to Delaware and Then moved to Maryland its actually sort of hard to fit in with the rest of the crowd so I just speak how I want even if they don't understand what I'm saying. My teacher is also from South side Chicago but unless he was rich he knows how hard it is to live tere without getting in trouble. We went over the test in class and it was a fun way to check the test. Everytim,e we did the test we rang the bell. if the bell is rang then you you got an A. I got a B so the bell wasn't rang for me. Some girl was complaining about her test score and she was really upset at the teacher about it. The best part of everything was that I got a good grade that brung my grade up to a higher score. Since my grades are up I can still play basketball. During class we also talked about the things we all could of done better on the test to get a better grade. What  my paper said is that if I would of included one more piece of information I would have gotten a A on the test. The test wasn't that hard and I didn't even study for it so if I studied I would have definitely gotten an A on the test. I'm happy with what I got but I can obviously do better s on the next test I'm going to study hard as I can.

Today in class were talking about maps again and some people still didn't finish there three worksheets from yesterday. We wrote a lot of notes in our note books and it helped us study for quizzes and what were going to do in the future. Also during class we had the blinds up so we can wake up more because we had that class in the morning. While we were doing our work there was conversations going on, on  how to do the assignment.  Usually  when we in that class we work in our note books on what on the slides on the board. Today we worked on worksheets and where the places are in the maps. Weave been doing maps for about 3 days now and its been a impact on what we know in the earth. There will probably be a test coming up soon because were writing a lot notes about maps. There was jokes made and the class was fun because we know how to make a huge funny conversation out of anything and everything.
